St. Francis de Sales Mission School : gathering momentum

SFS mission school is a growing attraction in Tabora. It is becoming more popular day by day. It has already acquired a good name among the people and the government leaders because of its good service to the poor children and its quality. The school received the certificate for the best primary school in Tabora for 2006 from the Ministry of Education and it is placed among the 'A' grade schools in Tanzania. In 2013 it is declared as the best primary school in the region of Tabora.

A lot of children are brought to the school in search of quality education. But we cannot take them all due to limited space. So we choose the most needy ones. In 2008, the total strength of the school was 550. To make rooms for more children we have built the second phase of the primary school. Today the primary school has a total strength of 1200 children from Kindergarten till class 7.

St. Francis de Sales Secondary School: Way forward..!

In 2011 we have inaugurated our new secondary school. Now there are around 300 students who are doing Form I up to Form III. The secondary school continues up to Form VI. It mean, in three years, the secondary school will have 600 students!
